Procedure of how to make delicious fruit custard ?

  1. Pour 3 Cup of milk in a heavy bottomed pan and add 5 to 6 tablespoon sugar or as per your taste in milk. Keep the pan on medium flame. Mix the sugar with the help to spoon.
  2. Take another small bowl and add 3 tablespoon custard powder to ¼ cup of warm milk. Mix it well. You should not take very hot milk as it curdles the custard. So milk should be lukewarm or at room temperature.
