What is full form of  Haemogram ?

Answer :-

 It is also known as Complete Blood cell Count. It is a group of tests done on a blood sample mainly three components of the blood ( RBC,WBC and Platelets).

What is full form of RBC ?

Red Blood Cell

What is full form of WBC ?

White Blood Cells

What is Hb ?

Answer 6 :-

Hb is Hemoglobin. It is a protein found in red blood cells. The red color of blood is due to Hb. It carries oxygen throughout the body.

Question 7 : – 

What is WBC count ?

Answer 7 :-

A WBC count is a blood test to measure or count the number of white blood cells (WBCs) in the blood. They help in fight infections.

 What are the alternative name of WBC count ?

WBCs are also known as leukocytes.

Question 9 : –

 How many types of  WBC in blood?

Answer 9:-

There are five types of WBC in Blood.

  1. Neutrophils
  2. Lymphocytes
  3. Monocytes
  4. Eosinophils
  5. Basophils

Question 10 : – 

What is RBC count ?

Answer 10 :-  RBC count is also known as an erythrocyte count. A red blood cells counts tells our doctor that how many red blood cells we have.

RBCs contain hemoglobin which carries oxygen to our body tissues.

Question 11:-

What are the Neutrophils?

Answer:- Neutrophils are white blood cells. They are more than half ( 55 to 70 %) of our circulating  white blood cells. They play an important role to protect our body against pyogenic bacterial infections.

 Neutrophils have an average diameter of 13 micrometers. It has 3 to 5 lobes connected by chromatin strands, segmented nucleus. After staining, the cytoplasm of neutrophils is pink/orange.

Normal range :- 55 % to 70 %
