IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT CAT EXAMINATION

As you all should know that important announcement about CAT examinations, IIM Ahmadabad revised the CAT 2021 eligibility for CAT application. It has removed the minimum percentage of marks required in graduation to fill the application form.

This relaxation is only for those applicants who have appeared in their graduate program during the last two years.

It has been changed to “promotion/pass” instead of the “marks” due to the Covid pandemic.

LAST DATE TO FILL THE APPLICATION FORM FOR CAT EXAMINATION 2021

The last date to fill the CAT application form is September 15, 2021.

EXAM DATE OF CAT EXAMINATION 2021

The exam date of CAT is November 28, 2021.

Scanned images of your passport size photo ,must not be more than 6 months old and signature.
Prepare and Keep Ready the list of the IIM programmes to which you wish to apply and the preferred interview cities for them, before you fill in the CAT application form.
Keep ready the CAT application fee payment instruments like Debit/Credit cards, Net banking.

How to register for CAT 2021 ?

First of all, you have to register yourself to official IIM CAT 2021 website , with valid mobile number and Email ID, to generate a unique User ID and Password.
After that log in with your unique generated User ID and Password to fill in the CAT examination Application form.
Submit CAT application form 2021 after entering details and making online payment to complete the registration and application process.

Points to Note:- During registration, the mobile number and email address provided by the domestic candidates will be verified through an OTP sent to that mobile number and email address. Once the OTP is verified, the User ID and the Password will be sent to the registered email address and or on the registered mobile number to complete the registration process.

Applicants can complete the application form in more than a single session. It can be done multiple times but it is advised to keep your all information, bank details and scanned documents with photograph and signature. So that you could fill the application form correctly and easily.

Applicants can save their current session and log in later to complete their CAT 2021 application form.

But once the payment is made and the application form of CAT is submitted, applicants will not be allowed to make any changes. They can only view and print the CAT application form after submitting it.
