A man owed ten thousand rupees to a friend of his. But he was a dishonest person and he did not want to pay back. So he forged a receipt and hired fifteen witnesses to prove that he had paid back to money. 

His friend was forced to file a suit against him.  Fearing that he might lose the case,  the men sent a  thousand rupees to the judge said to him, ” You have brought fifteen witnesses to prove that you are speaking the truth . ”

Then he took out a bundle of a thousand rupees from his pocket and added, ” But you have sent me thousands of witnesses to prove that you are lying.  Now there is no doubt that you have not paid the money back.

The dishonest fellow had not only to pay the money back but was also punished for his dishonesty.

Moral of the story :- Honesty is the Best Policy. Don’t be greedy, it always harm.

एक आदमी ने अपने एक दोस्त से दस हजार रुपये उधार लिए। लेकिन वह एक बेईमान व्यक्ति था और वह वापस भुगतान नहीं करना चाहता था। इसलिए उसने एक जाली रसीद बनाई और पंद्रह गवाहों को यह साबित करने के लिए तैयार किया कि उसने पैसे वापस कर दिए हैं।

उसके दोस्त ने उसके खिलाफ मुकदमा दायर किया था। इस डर से कि कहीं वह केस हार न जाए, उसने जज को एक हजार रुपये भेज दिए।

न्यायाधीश ने उससे कहा कि आप यह साबित करने के लिए पंद्रह गवाह लाए हैं कि आप सच बोल रहे हैं। फिर उसने अपनी जेब से एक हजार रुपये की गठरी निकाली और कहा कि यह पैसा मेरे पास भेजकर तुमने मुझे एक हजार गवाहों को यह साबित करने के लिए भेजा है कि तुम झूठ बोल रहे हो। अब इसमें कोई शक नहीं है कि आपने पैसे वापस नहीं किए हैं।

बेईमान साथी को पैसे वापस करने पड़े और उसकी बेईमानी के लिए उसे दंडित भी किया गया।
