- Eat nutritious and freshly cooked food and keep your body hydrated
- While coughing and sneezing, always cover the mouth and nose with a tissue and handkerchief
- Always wash your hands after touching switches, handles of doors in lifts in a public place
- Persons with symptoms should consult with Doctor and keep themselves in isolation.
- Stay at home, if you have symptoms of COVID-19
- As vaccination has started, get vaccinated at your turn.

- Don’t litter your surroundings.
- Don’t cough and sneeze without covering your nose and mouth.
- Don’t eat fast food and stale food.

- Don’t touch surface, switches and handles of doors and lifts with infected hands after coughing and sneezing.
- Don’t travel on public transport, if you are not well.
